Being a Banquet Chef, Restaurant Chef and Remote Corporate Chef has allowed me to develop my menu writing style. The same ethos applies to all; ensure they are easy to read, priced effectively and stay current with todays trends. From Caribbean swimsuit lounge, wine dinners, Korean inspired dining to 'down home' Southern cuisine, I offer experience in the widest array.
